The Eligibility of President ; 1 . He should an Indian and he should get citizenship of Indian 

                                                                         2 . his minimum age of 35 years

                                                                         3. he should not any govt. employer and no any                                 government    post.

                                                                              4. he should member of parliament in minimum 06 month

                                                                              5. he should not insolvent by court .

The Election of president :        the election of president  become in indirect method (not by public) .

Difference between fundamental rights and directive principles

Before starting the difference between fundamental and DPSP (Directives Principles and state Policy  Fundamental rights  claim on court it constitution this right is strictly follow and accept to government but DPSP is not constitutional matter you can not go to court for knocking door because it's only mercy matter of states.
